Deena was already a talented graphic designer when she joined Popstar, but over the past several years I’ve seen both her design and technical skills advance. Working in technology-oriented company that delivers both creative content and software to customers, Deena navigated the challenges of working within a startup environment, working with a wide variety of customers and interfaced with multiple functional areas of our organization ranging from engineering to marketing. She valued and helped maintain processes within this complex setting, which would have quickly turned into chaos without her attention.

Most impressive though, is the passion that she showed for producing motion graphics and video. Time and time again, the work that she produced made Popstar look better than the competition and helped our creative team become an important, revenue generating part of the business.

Deena has been a talented, dedicated member of our team, and I’ll miss working with her.

Deena is a passionate designer who takes pixel perfection to another level. She is capable of the entire design lifecycle from concepting to wireframing to beautifully detailed designs. She continually seeks inspiration from art forms outside of design giving her a new and valuable perspective on her work. While working with Deena, I was always impressed with her ability to create solutions with such detail.

Working closely with developers and user experience designers, Deena has honed her communications skills and can easily transfer projects between teams. Deena would be a reliable and talented asset to any team.
